Stefan Kercza joins Unitech Wireless from Telenor Denmark, where he was the Chief
Marketing Officer. Stefan has been a part of the management team in Denmark since
2006 and holds an experience in the telecom Industry for more than 28 years in various
areas. He holds a degree in Masters in Business Administration.

Ann Hofvander took over as the CEO of Bangalore hub in June 2009. She becomes the
first woman to hold such a post in the Indian telecom industry and enters the list
of leading women in corporate India.
Prior to joining Unitech Wireless, Ann’s other corporate jobs include Vice President
Sales & Customer Care and Vice President, Consumer Business Unit at Vodafone (initially
Oskar Mobil) in Czech Republic. She has also served as Vice President, Client Services
& Technology Direction at Webhelp Inc. and Director Customer Centre Operations at
Agilon Financial Inc., both in Toronto, Canada.

Akash Das has over 16 years of telecom experience with leading international telco
companies. Before joining Unitech Wireless, he served Nokia Siemens Networks where
he held the position of Vice President for Mobile Operators in Malaysia and was
responsible for aligning customer’s key business drivers and thus developing and
creating profitable business. Prior to this, Akash held important positions in Siemens
AG and EBEN Technologies GmbH, in Germany.

Sriram Mahadevan has broad experience from his career as a Chartered Accountant
& Cost Accountant and has spent more than 17 years in FMCG, Banking, Retail and
Telecom industry. Prior to joining Uninor, he led the rollout of Tata DOCOMO in
Kerala as Chief Operating Officer for the circle. He started his career with SREI
Finance, Shaw Wallace, Coca-Cola and Reliance Retail.

Dushyan was seconded from DiGi Telecommunications in Malaysia and has eight years
of telco experience. During this time, Dushyan has evolved from a role in corporate
strategy to marketing and his last held position was as Head of Consumer Marketing
in Digi.
He started his career in investment banking and subsequently worked in the strategic
division of Malaysia's securities regulator. As a regulator, he was part of a working
team that developed a 10 year blue print for the development and liberalisation
of the Malaysian securities market. He was also seconded to a policy forum of the
Asian Development Bank that looked at the development of Bond Markets in light of
the Asian financial crisis of 1997.
He qualified from the University of Exeter in the UK with a law degree.

Kerstin Thulin has earlier served as the Chief Human Resource Officer at Telenor
Serbia. Kerstin Thulin enjoys more than 30-years of experience from senior managerial
and senior consultant positions mainly working with start-ups and transformation
projects. Kerstin holds a degree in Public Administration in addition to post graduate
studies in HR Management and languages. She has worldwide experience from Africa,
Asia, Europe and Middle East working mostly with Telecom & IT but also spanning
other industries.

Rajiv Bawa has been associated with Unitech Wireless almost since it’s inception.
Prior to that Rajiv was based in the US where his experiences included strong international
business knowledge in emerging markets, M&A, and startups. He has held a variety
of consulting, sales and strategy leadership positions within IBM focusing on sectors
such as FMCG, distribution and technology services. He has also lived in Japan,
where he was a part of the executive steering group of a large FMCG company implementing
a business transformation and ERP project. During the peak of the dot com days in
the US, Rajiv was the director of marketing and business development of a software
startup organization. He has a Masters in Computer Science from University of Maryland
and a certificate in management from Wharton School of Business.

Allan Bonke joins Unitech Wireless from Telenor, Denmark, where he served as the
Chief Sales/Marketing Officer. In the year 2000, he played a vital role in the start
up of the Sales organization of Telenor’s Cybercity, a broadband and fixed solution,
which today it is a combined organization.
Before his association with Telenor since 2000, Allan had a vast career in the field
of finance and banking and was associated with Copenhagen Stock Exchange, Jyske
Bank and Bikuben in Denmark.

Frode Haugen joined Unitech Wireless beginning of Nov 2009 and is now based in Lucknow.
He has earlier been CEO of Cell One in Namibia (a green field mobile operator) and
CEO of Ghana Telecom (incumbent fixed and mobile operator) prior to its privatization
and acquisition by Vodafone in 2008. He has served as Managing Director for Alcatel-Lucent
responsible for the Nordic and Baltic market servicing all the telecom operators.
He has previously worked in Asia where he spent 7 years based in Singapore as Managing
Director for Tandberg Data Pte Ltd where he developed sales and distribution channels
throughout the whole Asia Pacific including India.
Frode has a Master of Science in Telecom from the University of Trondheim in Norway

Alok Shankar has recently assumed the responsibility of Hub Head Bihar & Jharkahand.
Before moving to Patna, Alok was based in Delhi as CEO of a large multinational
handset distribution company. He has spent more than a decade in the telecommunication
industry working closely with device manufacturers and mobile network operators.
His experience includes business development, sales, operations, distribution, retail
and IT in Indian and Middle East Markets. Alok has also lived in UAE where he was
involved in establishing the first organised retail distribution company in the
Middle East. Alok is an engineer and has a Masters in Business Management from the
Asian Institute of Management.

Olav comes from the position as Director of Broadband & Telephony, Consumer Division,
Telenor Norway where he joined in 2005. Before that he was CEO of the Internet and
Broadband company Tiscali Norway since 2000 (which is acquired by Telenor Norway).
Olav finished his MSc degree in Mechanical Engineering at the Norwegian Institute
of Technology (NTNU) in 1986, and his MSc degree in Business Administration at NHH
in 1989 while working offshore for Transocean. In total, Olav has worked 11 years
in the oil & gas industry for Transocean and Schlumberger, spending 7 years as CFO
in Houston, Texas.

Rohit Chandra has over 23 years of experience in various management functions with
leading Telecom Corporations in India. Rohit joins Unitech Wireless from Aircel,
where he was entrusted the responsibility of building Greenfield Mobile Telecom
Operations in North & East India during the period 2004 to 2008. Prior to this,
Rohit has worked with Ericsson, as Executive Vice President & Head Marketing & Technical
Solutions for India & Sri Lanka Region till 2004. Rohit started his career in 1986
with Philips, in the Telecommunications Division and also worked with Tata Group
Companies & leading Telecommunication Test & Measuring Systems Company Wandel &
Goltermann Gmbh as the Country Manager for India till 1999. Rohit is an Engineer
in Electronics & Communication, a permanent member of the Institution of Engineers
Australia and was the founder Chairman of the India Chapter of The Global Mobile
Suppliers Association(GSA).
