How can I check my balance?
Uninor gives various toll free options to its customer to know their balance:
a. Dial 123 from Uninor mobile to know your balance
b. Dial *363*4# from uninor mobile. It works in roaming as well.
c. Using DSTK menu
         - Go to Uninor Service
          - Select "self care"
         - Select "Balance Enquiry"
Can I check my balance while I am on roaming?
Yes you can! All you have to do is dial:
a. *363*4# (toll free no.) from Uninor mobile. This will show balance and validity both.
b. *222*2# (toll free no.) from Uninor mobile. This will show balance only.
Is there an online recharge option available?
Yes, you can recharge your Uninor mobile online! Click here to recharge.
How to recharge your prepaid mobile online?
Uninor offers a variety of recharge plans so you can actually get what is best for you. Just follow these simple steps to recharge your mobile online:
- On the homepage, roll your pointer to the “Plans and Offers” Section
- Out of the categories that appear, select the category from which you want to buy the recharge
- Click on “Buy now” button next to the recharge of your choice
- Fill in your details & click on the “Submit” button
- Confirm your details & proceed to the payment gateway
- Make the payment through your credit/debit card or netbanking, and you are done!
